This story is about the austrailan class sizes and how what people think is a good size, personalily i think that the size of your class shouldn’t be an issue if the kids don’t mind the size then why should the adults that arn’t in classes and don’t know how or if it affects your child seriously guys back off,

In the past the class sizes haven’t been an issue back in the 60′s you had up to 40 or 50 in one class it didn’t make a differance then and i don’t think it will now, if classes were made smaller then more classrooms, more teachers and more time will be wasted on some stupid idea that the kids learn better i like having more kids in my class because you make better friends that can help people build their confodence as a young person.

My teacher says that it is a good experiance to do blogging but i seriously don’t that it’s going to help me in my life outside of school and i think that my teacher pushes her obsecion with computiers onto us i really don’t ;ike her much and she is mean

CHEESE SCHOOL!

Kids in Queensland 15 schools are trialling a new economics project and its bringing cheese into the classroom, Kids are learning how to make camembert cheese in science. At first it seems weird and sort of pointless but it really looks really fun and everybody I saw in the B.T.N clip had a smile so I think it would be a good think for my high school to try. The teachers did it first, I think the kids had a laugh at the teachers doing it first, the cheese had to be turned over regularly and kept at the right temperature if bacteria gets into the cheese at the wrong time it can make very yucky cheese. If I was to do it I think it would be hard but really good to learn how things are made. It was such a succuss that more school want to do the new project. In the end the kids from the high school that B.T.N visited was a third place at the cheese and wine tastingsin northern queensland.

converse sports apparell has been around for a long time in the 60′s the converse chuck taylors were basketball shoes but during the 80′s they were indorced by the punks/emo’s, you can buy them preety much anywhere. i am in love with my pair, and you can get them in so many differant colours any colour you can think about will be there, you can buy them all over the world, they look great with anything! you can wear them with jeans, a skirt, shorts anything! i love them sooooooooo much!!!!!!!!

“wintergirls” By Lourie Halse Anderson a book about self harm and anorexia,

this book it’s all about Lia’s battle with the world of anorexia and what is going through the the anorexic mind-set, the story kept me interested until the end because it was very interesting to see how her mind worked around the situations in her life and how she got away with being anorexic. the main character is LIA she is an 18 year old girl with a best friend that commits suicide  and starts haunting Lia she is tormented by everything that is going on, and makes her want to do the same thing as her best friend,The worst thing is that she meets a guy his name is Elijah he worked at the motel that Lia’s best friend committed the ultimate self harm the night her friend died Lia goes back and visits the motel room where it all happened and finds her ghost and is stupid enough to stay at the motel and she starts drinking vodka and she takes some sleeping pill and almost dies her best friend is trying to persuade her to let go and come with her in the after life Lia had wanted that for so long but now she had the opportunity to die and never come back she realizes the people that she cares about and that care about her, and she holds on to life and decides to make a huge decision to get better and stop being anorexic, it really helped me understand how it can grab a young person today with the Hollywood that all young people want to become like  and almost all teenagers have poor body image it doesn’t always manifest it self in such a destructive manner but it can seriously dent somebody’s self beief.

Australia’s first saint was born inMelbourne in 1842,and dies just over one hundred years ago, she did allotgreat things for Australia she founded a free cathloic  school for the poor kids that couldn’t  aford school back in those days it was very uncommon that school was such a part of our lives, the school she first founded was in south Australia and was actually an old stable. She opened many more schools just over hundred by the time she died in 1907 she was very respected and she inspired allot of people and still does even in her death. To become a saint isn’t easy you have to go through allot of red tape and sometimes it can take hundreds of years she offered her services to the kids for the good of the children the australian Catholic church is very happy to have an Australian recognized like this, Many people are going to Rome where the pope lives, there are some girls that B.T.N interview that go to one of the founding schools in Adelaide they talk about how much a huge part of their lives that St.Mary mackillop has helped make better they are obviously very religious and are very inspired by the great work of this new saint.

The emotional attachment we have to a certain things like sad movies or a sad book makes girls and boys get sucked into the story sometimes it can make you cry or even make you angry. like on the toilet paper add you see this tiny little puppy so you say naww look at the cutie pie or you just think it’s cute, that is a way of marketing the product, sometimes it can be really hard to resist the puppy or the cute little baby or whatever draws you in

 I didn’t  think we did a very good job i think we were very unorganized and we didn’t have the understanding of the subject we were researching, we will improve next time with getting everything out of the computerand setting out what we can do for the presentation, as a part of the team i  thought i was pushing people a bit but not hard enough, my group did the worst in the competition and group 4 did the best they were very well set out and understood everything they were saying, It was completely embarrassing to be up there knowing i didn’t do anything for about 4 weeks when other teems have done amazingly and i didn’t do anything it wasn’t very good at all

I’m reading a book called when you reach me, it’s about a young girl who is finding notes and is getting so see little bits of her future, she is feeling excluded from her friends that have stopped listening to her talk about the random events that are making things weird, she thinks if she finds somebody to listen to her talk about the randomness of the events then things might stop happening to her, she is really young only 12!!!

She doesn’t understand the things she sees but she knows they mean something
